H20 plates can be used with ice, so you can unleash your full potential even on the hottest days. The 5.11® H20 Weight Plate is engineered for convenience. It features a wide-fill opening with a sliding seal, which makes adding water quick and easy. Internal baffles prevent annoying sloshing. By matching the size of a medium SAPI plate, the H20 Weight Plate fits into standard plate carriers, adding 10 Lbs total and is sold in pairs for convenience.
