A chest rig designed as a low-profile, ultralight fighting load—capable of holding 4 M4 / AR magazines or similar-sized magazines. The sides of the chest rig feature two 3 x 3 MOLLE fields for attaching accessories like a trauma kit pouch, pistol mag pouches, utility pouches, or any other MOLLE-compatible pouches. The use of Ten-Speed® elastic high-retention mag pouches makes this a low-profile chest rig.
The front of the chest rig has four high-retention elastic mag pouches made with Blue Force Gear's Ten-Speed® technology. These AR mag pouches lay flat when not in use and allow for similar-sized items to be stored in the pouch: smoke grenades, flash bangs, GPS units, dressings, tourniquets, small radios, cans of dip, and similar-sized rifle or SMG mags.
The MOLLE chest rig sides come with traditional MOLLE loop fields (3 rows by 3 columns). This works great with a variety of MOLLE pouches.
The chest rig's side release buckles are made of ITW GhillieTEX™ Low IR hardware. There are four of these heavy-duty attachment buckles on this rig.
The connecting strap at the rear of the chest rig serves as an emergency drag handle while also featuring a loop field for ID/IFF patches. On the front, behind the pouches, there is a hidden pocket secured with VELCRO® Brand fasteners that can store maps or other similar-sized documents (the pocket measures approximately 18”x6”).
